Shipping & Return Policy

♡ There is an issue with my order, can I return it?
If there is an issue with your order - meaning the product you received is not what you ordered or is defective, please contact us at elajournals@gmail.com

♡ I changed my mind, can I return my order?
If you change your mind, you can return the product. You have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us and inform us that you wish to return your order or part of your order. Unless there is an error with your order, return shipping is your responsibility - please obtain proof of postage.

The product must be returned in its original condition - meaning not damaged or stained. If the product is not in resellable condition, it cannot be refunded.

Items from abroad should be clearly marked as "returned goods" on the customs form to avoid customs fees when returning to Norway.

If your customs form is incorrectly labeled, we cannot pay customs for returned packages, and the post office will return the package to you.

♡ For international orders - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply in their country. Elà Journals is not responsible for delays due to customs.

We cannot mark an international package as a gift, as it is illegal to avoid customs duties.

♡ Payment methods include PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit card.
